Me and my husband did not expect to go to Juarez this soon (July 2008). At first we did but then our immigration counselors where like "No, you will get your interview in 9-12 months(what!), so we stopped thinking about it, then one day after visiting a lawyer in the City of Dallas on a Saturday, May 31, 2008 , on the Monday, June 2, 2008, I went to check my mailbox and put the mail inside my car since I was going to head off to work, and planned to check the mail out while I was waiting for my time to start working.
When I was at a Red Light I started to go through the mail, to see what would catch my attention ( Bills, Letters, Direct Deposit Statement). Suddenly I saw two big envelopes one was directed to me and one to my husband, and had a seal, forgot what seal it was (will update when I find out) on the Top left corner and it immediately caught my attention. but since the red light had turned green I headed my way straight towards the city I work in. On the next red light I opened my envelope as fast as I could, desperately. Started scanning it with my eyes and saw - Interview July 17, 2008 and immediately started to cry, or nervousness. I got my phone and called my husband...unfortunately the phone was not working since I had just dropped the phone to the ground, and when I made a call no one could hear me on the other line nor could I hear them. So I still kept on calling him and would tell him, " I can't hear you but if you can hear me, you already got your visa appointment in Ciudad Juarez". Dooom. He would hang up, so I finally came to realize that he could not hear me also.

We left the USA on los Autobuses Americanos in Dallas,Texas at 10:00 pm Central Time and arrived at El Paso Around 9:00 am Mountain Time, then we boarded another bus to cross
the border.
So as we were going to cross to the Mexican border, the bus driver told my husband to get off and push a button - if the light turned red everyone was going to have to get off and take all our bags out for revision. So my husband was so nervous because he did not know what was going on, then they told him to push the button and the light turned green so that meant that we were not going to get revised, so the bus driver told my husband thanks for getting a green light and my husband was relieved because he did not know what was going on in the first place.
So then we headed off and the bus driver picked up some guys and they got on the bus and where selling bus tickets to other parts of Mexico, we told them we where not going any further, and also the bus driver asked everyone for our tickets to cross to Ciudad Juarez from El Paso, we gave them to him, and then he told my husband to take some money and give it to the guys since they let us pass without inspection, and I told my husband so my husband started digging through his pockets "hell no, tu no vayas a sacar nada de dinero, para que vas a sacr si ni tenemos para darles nomas porque salio verde la luz si te pide no le des"..

MY husband left at 7:30 am to his medical check up at the Blue building that was located on Avenida Lopez Mateos, and entered the building, and went up up to a little window and turned in his passport, and shot records.
Then they told him to take a seat and then around 30 minutes later they called him to draw blood out of him, they took only one tube of blood from him, then after that he went upstars and sat down for about an hour before they called his name, and he entered a room to get his x-rays with 6 other men and they all had to take off their shirts before entering one by one to get their x-rays done, while they waited they all looked at each other to see who was more muscular...lol...
then my husband got his x-rays and then they where told to go back to the waiting room and wait for their name to be called, then they called him and told him to go to a room by himself and get naked, and he hid behind the door because when the nurse would open the door to the room, all the other guys in the waiting room could se you because the bed was directly in front of the door and infront of the seats in the waiting room.
Then they asked him the following questions:
Do you do drugs? No.
Do you drink alcohol? No.
